• Hardie Wrap (Weather Barrier) to protect the siding
• Pro-Flashing tape around windows and doors James Hardie product,
• Matching siding color and installation of soffit Hardie Soffit pre-finished vented and unvented Cedar Mill pre-finished soffits
• Fiber cement trims Hardietrim 5/4 Smooth pre-finished trim around all windows
• Matching colors of siding and trims using trim flat tabs to eliminate face nail and improve the aesthetic of trim application around windows,doors and band boards
• Used corner Tabs to eliminate face nail holes that would detract from the finished look of corners trim installations
• Caulked with James Hardie product Quad max sealant offers a high performance sealant solution to color matching colors of the siding ,including hardware Hardie aluminum joint flashing sheets ,including all flashings doors and garage and deck
• Installed flashing at bottom of exterior wall
• Installed fiber cement trims around frame garages doors, including accessories split blocks, dryer vents, and light blocks
